Fourth & Fifth grade students learned how to play the recorder in music class with the option to learn multiple songs and participate in Recorder Karate.  Students that mastered the highest level got to play for a special guest, Dr. Cameron LaBarr, the director of Choral Activities at Missouri State University.  Dr. LaBarr has conducted choirs and orchestras all over the world and chose to spend an afternoon with this special group of students at LR!
